Vollino is a contract management and renewal monitoring service. We provide AI-powered contract extraction, renewal alerts, risk analysis, and related workflow tools for business use.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Vollino. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Vollino for any illegal purpose, to upload malicious content, to violate third-party intellectual property rights, or to attempt to disrupt or compromise the service.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Free Plan

The free Starter plan is provided without charge for up to 10 active contracts. We reserve the right to modify the free plan terms with 30 days notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Vollino is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all contract documents and data you upload to the service.

8. AI and Accuracy

Vollino uses AI to extract and analyze contract data. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated summaries, risk scores, and suggested actions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. Always verify important dates and terms independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vollino is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed renewals, contract damages, or business losses arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
